Dùng lá tía tô chữa viêm xoang

Trước đây ông bà ta đã sử dụng lá tía tô trong chữa viêm xoang, điều chế bằng nhiều cách khác nhau để thuận tiện cho việc sử dụng và được lưu truyền đến ngày nay.


Uống nước tía tô chữa viêm xoang
Đây là cách đơn giản nhất, dễ thực hiện. Bạn chỉ cần sử dụng một nắm lá tía tô, rửa sạch với nước và ngâm qua nước muối pha loãng để loại bỏ bụi bẩn. Sau đó đem đi vò nhàu hoặc nghiền nát, pha cùng một ít nước ấm ấm để uống mỗi ngày. Bạn có thể uống liên tục mỗi ngày cho đến khi các biểu hiện bệnh có dấu hiệu giảm.


Bài thuốc chữa viêm xoang bằng lá tía tô số 1
Chuẩn bị các nguyên liệu bao gồm: 9gr tía tô, 6gr búp đa, 5 lát gừng tươi, 3 củ hành.

Cách thực hiện:

- Làm sạch tất cả các nguyên liệu đã được chuẩn bị (nêu trên) bằng nước; cho vào một nồi, đổ lượng nước vừa đủ và sắc trên lửa vừa cho đến khi cạn bớt nước.

- Chia nước thành 3 phần nhỏ và uống trong ngày. Tốt nước nên uống nước khi còn nóng, nếu những lần sau uống nước bị nguội thì nên hâm lại trước khi uống để tránh bị đau bụng.

- Bạn có thể dùng bài thuốc này theo lộ trình, uống 5 ngày và nghỉ 3 ngày sau đó uống tiếp. Sử dụng cho đến khi bệnh được thuyên giảm hẳn.




Bài thuốc chữa viêm xoang bằng lá tía tô số 2
Chuẩn bị các nguyên liệu bao gồm: 50gr lá tía tô, 50gr lá đinh lăng, 50gr hành tươi thái thành lát mỏng, 50gr củ gừng tươi, 20gr vỏ quýt (sao).

Cách thực hiện:

- Làm sạch tất cả các nguyên liệu đã được chuẩn bị bằng nước; có thể ngâm qua nước muối pha loãng để loại bỏ toàn bộ bụi bẩn, v khuẩn.

- Cho tất cả các nguyên liệu trên vào nồi, đổ khoảng 800 ml nước và sắc trên lửa nhỏ cho đến khi cạn còn khoảng 300ml. Đổ ra chén/ ly để sử dụng, chia thành 3 lần uống mỗi ngày. Tốt nhất nên uống khi còn ấm, nước nguội thì nên hâm lại trước khi uống.

Sắc cạn cho tới khi còn lại khoảng 300 ml

Đổ thuốc ra chén hoặc ly để sử dụng

Chia thuốc thành 3 lần uống mỗi ngày.


Bài thuốc chữa viêm xoang bằng lá tía tô số 3
Chuẩn bị các nguyên liệu bao gồm: 1 nắm lá tía tô, 50gr hương nhu; 1 cái khăn sạch và 1 cái tô có kích thước vừa phải.

Cách thực hiện:

- Rửa sạch lá tía tô, hương nhu bằng nước sạch; có thể ngâm qua nước muối loãng để loại bụi bẩn, vi khuẩn.

- Dùng tay vò nhàu nhàu 2 loại nguyên liệu này, sau đó cho vào nồi, đổ nước ngập và đun sôi (khi sôi đun thêm 5-7 phút thì tắt bếp)

- Đổ nước sôi vào tô (có thể vớt bỏ bã hoặc để nguyên đều được); sau đó dùng khăn trùm đầu và tô nước lại, tiến hành xông vùng mũi. Mỗi ngày thực hiện 1 lần, mỗi lần khoảng từ 5-10 phút.




LƯU Ý KHI DÙNG LÁ TÍA TÔ CHỮA VIÊM XOANG
Mặc dù việc sử dụng lá tía tô chữa viêm xoang khá đơn giản, dễ sử dụng, ít gặp phải tác dụng phụ. Tuy nhiên người bệnh khi sử dụng cũng không được quá chủ quan, cần chú ý đến một số các vấn đề sau đây:

+ Cần liên hệ ngay với các bác sĩ chuyên khoa tai mũi họng nếu trong quá trình sử dụng xuất hiện các triệu chứng bất thường.

+ Không được sử dụng lá tía tô để điều trị cho người bị mẫn cảm hoặc dị ứng với một số thành phần có trong loại dược liệu này

+ Trước khi dùng lá tía tô và các nguyên liệu kết hợp, cần lựa chọn nguyên liệu tự nhiên, tránh thuốc trừ sâu. Phải đảm bảo rửa sạch để loại bỏ tạp chất.

+ Không sử dụng các loại thực phẩm gây ngứa rát mũi; đồng thời cần bảo vệ vùng mũi họng trước các vi khuẩn, khói bụi, thực phẩm có mùi nồng…
